She says that “self-awareness is the key to success”, and will walk us through the 7 critical work-related traits to give you a better understanding of what you already know about yourself.
We will delve into why you excel at certain tasks and objectives within your business, while others mentally exhaust you. We will focus on ways to conserve your mental energy and be more productive throughout the day. We will also identify how your communication style is different than 95% of the population. Then provide tips on rounding out your communication skills to more effectively communicate with others that are not like you.
This is a candid and honest conversation about our strengths and shortcomings, geared towards increasing our self-awareness in order to step up our business game and be more successful business owners.
