DESCRIPTION:\n\nJoin New Mexico NTA virtually on Thursday\, June 18th from 
 8:30-10:00am for a thoughtful\, open discussion lead by NTA Member\, Janic
 e Honeycutt Hering.\n\n\nThe Architecture of Connection: Moving Beyond Tra
 nsaction to True Relational Influence\n\nJanice Honeycutt Hering\, PhD\, w
 ith Firecracker Leadership\, will present The Architecture of Connection\,
  a practical and thought-provoking session on how leaders move beyond tran
 sactional management into meaningful relational influence. Using the GiANT
  Influence Model\, Janice will explore how trust\, character\, competency\
 , chemistry and credibility work together to create the kind of leadership
  connection that opens the door to long-term impact.\n\nParticipants will 
 walk away with:\n\n 	A clearer understanding of what builds or breaks trus
 t — and why both character and competency matter.\n 	A framework for rec
 ognizing self-preservation and how it can quietly block influence\, connec
 tion\, and momentum.\n 	Practical ways to shift from managing tasks to bui
 lding relationships that create deeper engagement\, better problem-solving
 \, and greater leadership impact.\n\n\n\nZoom meeting with the following a

 cknowledgement and stories: Guests will be asked to briefly share about th
 emselves personally\, not professionally. Hobbies\, life stories\, family\
 , etc.\n 	\nSelection of 3-bys for the month (“3-by” meetings have thr
 ee participants and take place outside of a regularly-scheduled monthly me
 etings\, where NTA members and guests meet for coffee/lunch to share and 
 strengthen relationships on a more intimate level.)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n
