NTA holds monthly in-person meetings in Colorado and New Mexico, and a virtual meeting for all NTA members and guests via Zoom. Additionally, we hold one Speed Meet virtual meeting per quarter, an Annual Meeting or Conference, and occasional socials throughout the year.

What to Expect at a Meeting
There are 3 monthly chapter meetings month. One in-person in Colorado, one in-person in New Mexico, and a National Virtual NTA meeting held via Zoom.
The general agenda at our 90-minute chapter meetings is as follows:
- Short discussion of the meaning of Trust
- 25-Word “Elevator Speech” – a short statement about your business name and what you do
- Upcoming Events and Announcements
- Acknowledgements of other members
- Member Spotlight – 5 minutes for a member to present information about themselves
- Guest Stories – Short stories from our guests about themselves on a personal level (no business information please!)
- A presentation or interactive professional development activity
- Selection of 3-bys (“3-by” meetings take place outside of the chapter meeting and allows three NTA members and guests the opportunity to meet for 60-90 minutes to share more about themselves and their businesses).
