Explore the subtle, often unconscious attitudes and stereotypes that influence our understanding, actions, and decisions. Implicit bias operates below the surface, shaping our behaviors in ways we may not fully recognize. Through Raquel’s presentation, we’ll consider how implicit bias emerges, why it matters, and what we can do to address it in our personal and professional lives.

With 18 years in business management, sales and marketing, Raquel has been given the privilege by Don Miguel to take his masterwork, ‘The Four Agreements Professional Development Series’ into the workplace as a certified facilitator for corporate training.

As Don Miguel’s business manager, Raquel was responsible for the operations of his global venture to teach people the principles that provide deep and profound change, clarity, communication and self-responsibility. While building his business for more than eight years, she observed and absorbed first-hand the teachings, and the way to incorporate them into both the personal and professional — to create an elevated life of integrity, fulfillment and achievement.
